We are confident about the food we made but just in case there is an unfortunate hiccup here, we are happy to give you a full cash refund on the individual item. Just submit a request to us via Whatsapp 8333 7760 within 2 hours after delivery. And don't give up on us.

As all our orders are pre-booked to deliver at a specific time, our orders should arrive on time +/- 30min which may be due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions or peak season. If your order is not delivered by 90 mins of your pre-booking time, consider it our treat, we will give you a full refund for the entire order.
