Read as Pizza-J, we are a bunch of pizza fanatics​on a quest to find the ultimate pizza from the gold standard in pizza making. Relentlessly working on creating crusts that are light and slightly pillowy on the inside with a light crisp on the outside. Cultivating natural wild yeast with long fermentation to achieve the complex flavor and texture that gives it the character in our signature pizzas. It is the sweet spot of the perfect balance of simple ingredients - Flour, yeast, water, salt.

We define our pizza as more New York-style but retain the authenticity in the process of making pizza dough the Neapolitan way. Not forgetting to make improvements so our pizzas travel better. Our pizzas are each created with premium imported ingredients, a concoction of cheese, and tantalizing sauces.  All we want is to create that sparkle in your eyes with your first bite of our pizzas. That divine savory aftertaste beyond just cheesy gooey lies in the perfect balance of crust texture, toppings, sauce, and cheese.
