PLACING YOUR ORDER:

How do I place an order?
As our pizzas are made from scratch with dough that goes through long fermentation,  we require orders to be placed at least 1 day in advance. For eg, if you would like to have pizza dinner tomorrow night, you can place your order latest by tonight. In the scenario that we are full on a particular day, we will not be able to take the order.

What if my pre-order date is not available?
We will advise the next available time slot for your consideration.

How long in advance can we order?
We take advance orders of up to 2 months if you are planning a birthday party or gathering.


DELIVERY & CHARGES:

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $40.
 
How much does the delivery cost?
We offer free island-wide delivery for orders above $100. For orders below $100, a delivery fee of $5-$15 applies depending on the locations and will be advised upon order confirmation. 

Where do you deliver?
We deliver island-wide, delivery charge applies and excluding locations such as Punggol island, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, Tuas South, and Aviation Park.

What happens if my pizza is delivered in bad shape?
While we ensure that our pizzas are at their best ready for delivery, the delivery process is handled by an outsourced delivery person similar to other food delivery platforms and could be rough-handled in a moment of rush. Please highlight this to us immediately at 8333 7760 and if replacement pizza cannot be sent in time, we will refund the payment to you. We have you covered no worries.

PAYMENT :

When do I make a payment?
Please make payment after your order is accepted and details confirmed. 

How do I make a payment?
We currently accept Paynow and the information will be advised via WhatsApp upon order confirmation. We are working to have more payment options soon.
 
MENU:

Is there vegetarian or vegan pizza available?
Yes, vegetarian food is marked  "V" and vegan food is marked "VG". We are expanding our menu for these options.

Is it Halal?
No sorry, our menu is not halal. 

Are there any gluten-free items on your menu?
Not at the moment.

Where do your ingredients come from?
Our ingredients are sourced mainly from Italy including flour, tomato sauce, olive oil, truffle oil, etc. We also have other ingredients from the local suppliers. Most of our herbs used are freshly picked from our herbs garden. 
 
 
ORDER CANCELLATION:

Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed can be canceled 24 hours before delivery and full payment will be refunded.
